Partner of Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s Open Ukraine Foundation National Endowment Democracy (NED) accepts grant applications for Raegan-Fascell Democracy Fellows Program for years 2011-2010 until November 8th.Raegan-Fascell Democracy Fellows Program is an international exchange program, which provides the active democracy upholders, scientists and journalists from different countries with an opportunity to spend five months at the International Forum for Democratic Studies (Washington, USA), where they will be able to conduct independent researches in the field of national and regional democracy.
